Monument to the Fallen of Donatu V
The Monument to the Fallen of Donatu V was a monument on Nob Hill in San Francisco which survived the Breen attack of 2375. This was a three meter high monument. On it are the two hundred or so names of those who died in a Klingon attack on Donatu V in 2244. (New Worlds, New Civilizations short story: "At Times of Peril")
