Moqlah was a male Klingon who worked as a guard at the prison facility on planet Pao'la in the 2280s. He was a follower of the honor code of Kahless, and made a concerted effort to treat prisoners with a degree of dignity and respect. He was killed when the prison was destroyed by the IKS Zan'zi in 2287. (TOS novel: In the Name of Honor)
