Mos'rammi IX was a planet, the ninth in the Mos'rammi star system, located in or near Federation space.
At some point prior to late 2265, the N'shaii attempted to capture the planet using their powerful orbital satellites. Fortunately, they were stopped by the Federation starship USS Lexington using information gathered by the USS Constitution in 2257. (TOS - My Brother's Keeper novel: Constitution)
