Mow'ga was the Chancellor of the High Council of the Klingon Empire during the era of the Second Klingon Empire. During his reign, he ordered a fleet to conquer the Breen homeworld; the fleet was never heard from again. (DS9 episode: "'Til Death Do Us Part")
Mow'ga and his wife were imortalized with life-sized statues in the Emperor of the Klingon Empire's palace on Qo'noS. (DS9 novel: The Left Hand of Destiny)
