Shuttlepod 01 was a Federation type-15 shuttlecraft, a shuttlepod vehicle in service to Starfleet in the late 24th century. In the 2360s, Shuttlepod 01 was assigned to the USS Enterprise.

HistoryEdit

Shuttlepod 01 was stowed in the main shuttlebay of the Enterprise-D in the year 2365, and was present when Data confronted three Vortek who were hiding in the bay. (TNG comic: "Lifesigns")

In 2367, Shuttlepod 01 was used by Data to retrieve Jean-Luc Picard, who had been transported to Ventax II by Ardra. The shuttlepod was unable to immediately return to the Enterprise, as Ardra had cloaked the starship. (TNG episode: "The Most Toys")
