Namkcots Sirhc was an Andorian Starfleet officer, and early in his career he served aboard the Federation flagship, the USS Enterprise-E.

In 2380, his transfer request was approved, and he was inducted as a member into the Hazard Team by team leader Lieutenant Alexander Munro. He was present during its mission with the Idryll, the Exomorphs and the Attrexians, and assisted in defending the ship from Idryll invaders.

Circa 2380, he was 179.1 cm tall, and weighed 77.80 kilograms. (TNG video game: Elite Force II)

If you reverse "Namkcots Sirhc", it becomes "Chris Stockman" - presumably an intentional reference to the game's Project Leader.
