Nate LeFevre was a Human male and a member of Starfleet who served aboard the USS Voyager in 2371 after it was taken to the Delta Quadrant.

In 2372, LeFevre was part of an away team sent to a planet occupied by the Kazon-Vistik. When the away team split up, he was part of Neelix's group which was assigned to search for food. When he and Neelix found a grove of spicy red fruits, LeFevre thought it was the best food he had tasted in a long time, although Neelix was not impressed. (VOY novel: Mosaic)
