Neolithia was a planet located in the Horatius star system, somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrants. Neolithia was one of the three class M planets in the system, colonized by Human nature-lovers, so-called "Nature Boys" by visitors from Starfleet. In 2267, the planet was much like Kansas and filled with horses, buffalo, deer, antelope, and Neolithians. The atmosphere consisted of nitrogen, oxygen, krypton, and neon.
