Nerissa Povron was a female Betazoid in the 24th century. She was a physician and a powerful telepath.

In early 2375, during the Dominion occupation of Betazed, she was captured by Dominion forces and transported to space station Sentok Nor, where she was to become a test subject for Cardassian Dr. Crell Moset. She was liberated by a team from the USS Enterprise-E and brought to that ship. There, she helped the Betazed resistance develop a means of fighting back against the Jem'Hadar using their telepathic abilities. Povron later died during the actual assault against the occupying forces. (TNG novel: The Battle of Betazed)
