Nerramibus was the Federation Councillor from Alonis in the late 24th century.

In 2380, he was going to vote against the Transporter Improvement Act, designed to upgrade the Federation's public transporter network. Federation President Nan Bacco convinced him in May the same year to reconsider his position on this. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)

According to Casualty Report 92792382 Baker, Councillor Narramibus was killed in sector 22093 during the Borg invasion of 2381. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
