The Neutral Zone Treaty was a diplomatic treaty established in 2267 between the Klingon Empire, Romulan Star Empire and the United Federation of Planets.

The treaty resulted in the creation of an experimental joint colony on Nimbus III, located within the Romulan Neutral Zone. Sybok committed 17 violations of the treaty when he captured Paradise City in 2287 after his victory over a Starfleet rescue team. (TOS novelization: Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)
