Nicolas Bouvier (also known as "Sparth") is a French artist whose designs include work on video games and the design of artwork for novel covers.

Biography[]

Bouvier designed the image of Cardassia City for the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel The Never-Ending Sacrifice. Bouvier also designed the cover image of the Star Trek: The Original Series novel The Rings of Time.

Bouvier was born in France before moving to Canada. Bouvier has worked on video games such as Assassin's Creed, Alone in the Dark 4, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within and Cold Fear. Bouvier now resides in Seattle, where he is working for Microsoft on future installments of the popular Halo series.
