Nikolas Kyprios was a male Human of Greek origin who lived in the 24th century. In the 2370s, Kyprios held the rank of Captain in Starfleet and commanded the USS Endeavour. As a cadet in the 2340s, Kyprios had taken part in the Starfleet Academy Marathon.

In 2371, Captain Kyprios was concerned when he learned Counselor Constance Barnes was to attend a reunion of the crew of the USS Saratoga. Kyprios made clear his concerns to Benjamin Sisko when the Endeavour docked at Deep Space 9. (DS9 novel: Saratoga)
