Noah Powell is the son of Alyssa Ogawa and Andrew Powell. He was conceived aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2370, and born a year later in 2371. He joined his parents on the USS Enterprise-E. His father was killed in a battle of the Dominion War in 2375. He became close to Ranul Keru after that. He joined his mother on the USS Titan in late 2379. ^{[citation needed]} Noah has the honor of being the first person to develop a name for the terraforming device found in orbit of the planet Hranrar by the Titan. He selected the name Brahma-Shiva based upon the mythological implications of the find. (TTN novel: Seize the Fire)
