For the primary universe counterpart, see Norvo Tigan.

In the mirror universe, Norvo Tigan was a Trill male who lived during the 24th century. He was son of Yanas Tigan and the younger brother of Ezri Dax and Janel Tigan.

Both he and his brother assisted their mother in operating the Tigan Mining Consortium (TMC), a pergium mining business in the Sappora star system. The TMC used its excavation technology to help more than three hundred Terran slaves escape from New Sydney and Sappora VII. In 2375, he informed the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance of their activities and their home was raided by New Sydney Security, led by Yeroff Fuchida, and the Klingon Defense Force. The Alliance News Network claimed that both Janel and Yanas were killed while resisting arrest and that the Alliance soldiers acted in their own defense. However, this was almost certainly a lie. Norvo was given a full pardon by the Alliance for turning his mother and brother. (DS9 - Mirror Universe novel: Saturn's Children)

In 2378, he was still an agent of the Alliance. (ST - Mirror Universe novel: Rise Like Lions)
