Subcommander Nras was an Andorian Imperial Guard officer during the Earth-Romulan War.

In 2156, Nras was serving aboard the IGS Weytahn when the Romulans attacked Andoria. Nras was initially opposed to allowing the Challenger and USS Yorktown to participate in the battle, but Shran ordered him to allow the Earth ships to participate. Nras was later horrified by Shran's decision to destroy the Yravas-class ships that the Romulans captured. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
