Oblette was a male Vorta stationed on planet Bleak Prime during the Dominion War. He was one of the Vorta whose devotion to the Dominion was weakened by exposure to carnacite, and conspired to use stolen carnacite to spark a rebellion among the Jem'Hadar. He was killed for his disloyalty by the Female Changeling. (DS9 short story: "Change of Heart")
