Oblik was a star with an associated star system, that was located a number of parsecs away from Earth and the Sol system, near the border between the Alpha and Beta Quadrants.
The Federation starship USS Oblik was named for this location. (TOS reference: Star Fleet Technical Manual)
Oblik's system was the home of a number of planets, the third of which, Oblik III, was found to be inhabited by dinosaurs when charted by USS Enterprise in the 2270s. (TOS audio comic: "Dinosaur Planet")
