Ocean of Storms is a region on Luna. It was the landing site for Apollo 12, under the command of Pete Conrad.

DTI agent Gariff Lucsly mistakenly believed astronaut Alan Shepard had landed at the Ocean of Storms. This mistake cost him a bet with his partner, Dulmer. (VOY short story: "Almost... But Not Quite")
