The Ohalavaru are a Bajoran religious group whose name translates as "Ohalu truthseekers". It was given to those members of the Bajoran faith who believed in the Ohalu texts which were considered heretical by others. (DS9 novel: Unity)

As of 2376, Vedek Solis was the leader of the Ohalavaru movement, his supporters are attempting to ensure he was chosent to be the next Kai of Bajor, over Vedek Yevir (DS9 novel: Cathedral).
