The Omarion Nebula was a nebula located inside Dominion space.

The Founders made their homeworld on a rogue planet in the Omarion Nebula. In 2371, Odo experienced a yearning to go to the Omarion Nebula, where he first met other Changelings. (DS9 episodes: "The Search", "The Search, Part II")

To help guide members of the Hundred home, the image of the Omarion Nebula was implanted in their minds. (DS9 novel: The Dominion: Olympus Descending)

In 2371, a joint fleet was launched by the Cardassian Obsidian Order and the Romulan Tal Shiar to eliminate the leaders of the Dominion, the Founders, by attacking their homeworld. The combined fleet was destroyed by the Jem'Hadar in what was known as the battle of the Omarion Nebula. The Founders had evacuated the planet as part of their plan to destroy the intelligence agencies. (DS9 episode: "The Die is Cast")

In 2373, the Jem'Hadar fleet that was to invade the Alpha Quadrant massed in the Omarion Nebula. (DS9 novel: The Badlands, Part IV)
