Purple Orion

The purple Orions were a rare sub-species of the Orions that were described as purple and "slimy". Not much else about these particular and uncommon Orions was known. (TOS novel: Wagon Train to the Stars)

The Purple Orions possibly represent one of the Halfbreeds or Muni, or an alien species absorbed into Orion culture.
