Orloc was a male Cardassian and an officer in the Cardassian Guard.
In 2323, Orloc was a glinn stationed aboard the Kashai when he helped the ship's commander, Skrain Dukat, commandeer a Tzenkethi marauder and then use the warship to bombard Bajor.
In 2328, Orloc was still serving under Dukat, but aboard the Vandir where he continued to assist Dukat, primarily in hunting the Starfleet spies, Alynna Nechayev and Gwen Jones. (TLE - Terok Nor novel: Day of the Vipers)
