The Orpheus Mining Colony was a settlement located on Earth's moon, Luna, during the mid 22nd century.

Following the Xindi attack on Earth in 2153, the colony harbored a large number of xenophobic humans, as well as an organization known as Terra Prime who advocated for the removal of all extraterrestrials from the Sol System (ENT episodes: "Demons", "Terra Prime").
