Ensign Paolo Rossini was a Human male who served as an engineer aboard the USS Titan, along with his twin brother, Koasa Rossini, in 2379.
Chief Engineer Nidani Ledrah would often complain that if she wasn't having to redo some work which they had done wrong, she was having arguments with them about how a job was to be achieved. Chief Petty Officer Bralik believed that her hostility to the twins were a mask for her attraction, and would often tease her about it. (TTN novel: Taking Wing)
