Commander Parker was a Starfleet officer during the Dominion War.

In late 2374, Parker was assigned to defend a Dominion communications relay on AR-558 in the Chin'toka system as second in command under Captain Loomis. After Parker and Loomis died, command of the defenses fell to Lieutenant Nadia Larkin. (DS9 episode: "The Siege of AR-558", DS9 short story: "Requital")
