Paullina Simons was a female in Starfleet in the 24th century.
Prior to 2366, she held the rank of commander, and was executive officer, or nightside commander, of the USS Grissom under Captain Norman Kenyon. In 2366, she was promoted to the ship's first officer, following the departure of Commander Christine Parsons. (NF - No Limits short story: "Performance Appraisal")
In 2368, she was promoted to Captain and given command of the USS Houston. She was replaced on the Grissom by Commander Mackenzie Calhoun. (NF novel: Once Burned)
