A phase bank is a ship-mounted weapon.

History and specifications

Similar to a phase cannon, phase banks are directed energy weapons mounted on a spacecraft hull rather than on a retractable mounting arm. Phase banks can be fired from any area of the ship where the emitters are placed. (ST video game: Legacy)

This weapon is only observed in ST video game: Legacy. These were developed either during or after the Earth-Romulan War, and before the development of phasers.
