The Picard family is a grouping of humans from Earth's European continent. Many members of this family played important roles in human history.

Members of the Picard family included;
- Jean-Luc Picard - a Captain in the Federation Starfleet, who served as the commanding officer of both the USS Enterprise-D and the USS Enterprise-E.
- Robert Picard - the older brother of Jean-Luc Picard, who died in a fire in 2371.
- Marie Picard - the widow of Robert Picard, and mother of René Picard.
- René Picard - the son of Robert and Marie Picard, and nephew of Jean-Luc Picard. He died along with his father in 2371.
- Claude Picard - the younger brother of Jean-Luc and Robert Picard, who died in an accident at the age of six.
- Maurice Picard - father of Robert, Jean-Luc, and Claude Picard.
- Yvette Gessard Picard - mother of Robert, Jean-Luc, and Claude Picard.
- Georges Picard - a 22nd century ancestor of Jean-Luc Picard, who was an officer in the United Earth Space Probe Agency.
- Javier Maribona-Picard - an ancestor of Jean-Luc Picard who was a solider of the Spanish Empire during the late 18th century.
- Jean Felix Picard Jean Piccard - according to Jean-Luc Picard, was the chemist in his family that won the Nobel Prize for his research.
