Pitzh was a male Klingon who was captured by Romulan forces during the Khitomer Massacre, and imprisoned on Carraya IV. He subsequently mated with Q'Idar, with whom he had a son, Toq. Pitzh refused to return to the Klingon Empire when the camp was discovered by Worf in 2369. He was killed in 2376 when Carraya IV was attacked by Gorrik, son of Gannik, in an act of vengeance.
