A plasma manifold, also known as an EPS manifold or plasma distribution manifold, is a technological component that channels electro-plasma through a warp power distribution system in a starship or space station.

In 2265 a malfunctioning plasma manifold aboard the USS Enterprise caused Captain James T. Kirk to be slightly late for Lieutenant Lee Kelso's memorial service in the ship's chapel. When Kirk told Lieutenant Commander Montgomery Scott about the manifold, he offered to fix it, but Kirk stated that it could wait to the service was over.
