Pluvoids are a kind of plants growing on Frigis, similar in structure to the balloon fungus of Parnassus VII. They push air through themselves and make sounds like natural reed instruments. Pluvoids are grown by the sect of the Chanters in the practice hall of the Choir of Holy Intonations where their chants are perfected ahieving beautiful tonal quality, important for holy chants.
