Portora was one of the many city states present on Romulus.

Visitors may view Holograms whe attendees argued various points against the unification of the states. One may also see illustration of L'Deus where he is shown to be sitting calmly in a corner while arguments and havoc surround him. Furthermore, the D'Vatta is located in the museums of this state where it is sealed for protection from the ravages of time.
