Pova Lerg was a male Bajoran in the 24th century. In 2370 Pova worked as a deputy secretary for the Council on Ecological Controls. Whilst serving in that position he was involved in communications with Benjamin Sisko where, despite the Commander's best attempts to persuade him otherwise, he upheld the council’s decision that a family of Horta should not be allowed to settle on Bajor.
