The President of Deneva was the head of state and head of government of the Federation Member State of Deneva. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation.)

In 2381, the President of Deneva ordered an evacuation of the planet during the Borg Invasion. Unfortunately, the order was not fully implemented prior to the Borg attack, and all life on the planet was exterminated. (ST - Destiny novel: Lost Souls.)

Whether or not the Denevan President survived the Borg assault remains unestablished.
