The Presidential Chief of Staff is the individual in the Federation government responsible for organizing and running the office of the President of the United Federation of Planets and the President's staff. The Presidential Chief of Staff serves a chief conselor to the President and has high security clearance, and broad authority over Palais de la Concorde staff members serving the President and the administration.
