This character is a member of Quark's family.

Prinadora was a female Ferengi, the first wife of Rom and the mother of Nog. (DS9 episodes: "Doctor Bashir, I Presume", "Ferengi Love Songs")

Prinadora was the daughter of Dav, and raised as a traditional Ferengi female, taught to be subservient to males. In 2351, Dav negotiated a five-year marriage contract between his daughter and Rom, and during that time, Prinadora gave birth to Nog. By the end of five years, Rom had fallen in love with Prinadora, and in 2356 signed a five-year extension to the contract, which Dav used to swindle Rom of all his possessions. At the end of five years, Prinadora reportedly took up a relationship with a richer man. (DS9 episode: "Doctor Bashir, I Presume")

In 2376, Prinadora was used as part of a plot by her father to bring down Rom, then the new Grand Nagus, by claiming Rom had broken the marriage contract. Prinadora was kept ignorant of these machinations; in fact, when Nog later visited her, she failed to even recognize her son at all. Nog observed that Leeta had become more of a "moogie" to him than Prinadora ever was.

After Dav's plot was exposed and his finances ruined, Rom's mother Ishka hired Prinadora as her personal assistant, intending to teach her self-sufficiency. (DS9 - Worlds of Deep Space Nine novel: Ferenginar: Satisfaction is Not Guaranteed)
