Prixin was a great holiday on Talax involving five days of feast. Traditionaly, there would be roast thill, brewing moolt nectar, swamp tubers, soral stuffing, kekkleberry sauce, whipped violet, butterweed pie, and fruit compotes soaked in moolt.

The observance of Prixin began on Prixin Eve. Neelix once observed shipmates acting as excited as children on Prixin Eve. (ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)
