Pyrellian ginger tea was a Bajoran tea beverage, made with a variety of ginger, that was available at Quark's on Deep Space 9's Promenade. (DS9 episode: "Necessary Evil"; ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)

Pyrellian ginger tea was extremely scarce during the Occupation. Even after the Cardassians left, the Provinces restaurant was one of few places on Bajor to serve it. (ST reference: Star Trek: Federation Travel Guide)
