Q'parol is a type of casserole.

In 2373, a Pah-wraith inhabiting and controlling Keiko O'Brien prepared Q'parol for Miles O'Brien's dinner party. Benjamin Sisko was impressed with Keiko's work, as Q'parol had a time-consuming amount of preparation. Jadzia Dax was pleased to hear that Q'parol was being served and the Pah-wraith was pleased with the guest's positive opinion to it.
