Ra'Chet'Ka was a male Lurian who lived in the 24th century. He was a freighter captain and had several minor shipping offences to his name.

In 2375, Ra'Chet'Ka commanded the Lurian freighter NRX-01772 on a mission to smuggle Cardassian dissidents out of the Dominion controlled Cardassian Union. Ra'Chet'Ka and his crew were killed when the freighter exploded. (DS9 short story: "Foundlings")
