Radny is a Ferengi DaiMon in charge of the Marauder-class vessel orbitting "Fitzal's Happy Haven". He was dispatched by the Ferengi Alliance to seek both corporate and covert gains from the race to find the IFD. He was willing to broker information of its coordinates to the highest bidder: Federation, Romulus or Chodak. In exchange for materials from previous Enterprise-D away team missions in the nearby cluster, Starfleet eventually was rewarded the clues. His crew also de-crypted the local, subspace communication activity.(TNG video game: Future's Past)
