Raymond Cruz is an American actor who played Vargas in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Siege of AR-558" and voiced Jorge Gonzalez in Star Trek: Elite Force II.

Cruz has starred in popular films such as Under Siege (with Colm Meaney). Clear and Present Danger, Alien: Resurrection, Training Day and Collateral Damage.
