Rebecca Sisko was a Human female who lived in the 24th century.

She was the wife of Joseph Sisko and the mother of Judith Sisko and two sons. She was also the step-mother of Benjamin Sisko although she raised him as her own son. Benjamin was never told the truth about Sarah Sisko, although both he and Rebecca knew nothing would change his love for her. Rebecca had died sometime prior to 2372. Rebecca was still alive in the 2350s when Benjamin was attending Starfleet Academy. (DS9 episode: "Explorers")

Kasidy Yates decided to name her child Rebecca Jae Sisko after Benjamin's stepmother and Jae Yates, her mother. (DS9 novel: Unity)
