Relev was a young Bajoran boy.
In 2383, Relev was one of thirteen people who survived the destruction of Deep Space 9 by taking refuge in a Crossover bridge. Julian Bashir kept Relev and the others occupied by telling them a Bajoran story he knew. Relev was rescued by the USS Canterbury and he thanked Bashir for telling the story, about Beltese the pylchyk. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Raise the Dawn)
