Renaii was a Trevin, and a native of the planet Draanis IV in the Delta Quadrant.
In the 2370s, she joined the Trevin Resistance Movement, and was part of the group that captured the USS Voyager. She was the only real Trevin among the Voyager crew who had been imprisoned in the holodeck, where they believed they were stranded on Draanis IV. In this fictional scenario, Renaii had become Chakotay's wife.
Following the Trevin's attack on planet Dernovin, Captain Kathryn Janeway was forced to turn Renaii over to Dernovin authorities for trial and execution. (VOY short story: "Fiction")
