Retej was a 24th century Kinshaya who held the title archbishop, and in the 2380s decade of the First Splinter timeline served as commanding officer of the Seventh Holy Kinshaya Attack Fleet and its flagship.

Biography[]

In the year 2381, he and his fleet captured the Klingon Empire colony world of H'atoria, though after it had been devastated during the Borg Invasion earlier that year. Retej had a strong curiosity about the Borg, and often thought their technology could benefit the Devout of the Holy Order of the Kinshaya. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
