Retej was a male Kinshaya who in 2381 held the title Archbishop, and led the Seventh Holy Kinshaya Attack Fleet. That year, he and his fleet captured the Klingon colony world of H'atoria, though after it had been devastated during the Borg Invasion earlier that year. Retej had a strong curiosity about the Borg, and often thought their technology could benefit the Devout of the Holy Order of the Kinshaya. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
