Rhaax V (also known as Numai) was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fifth planet in orbit of the Rhaax star system, near the border of the Romulan Star Empire. Rhaax V is a Rhaaxan colony planet. The world is said to be rich in dilithium and other useful minerals, and coupled with its strategic location near the Romulans' border, the Federation planned to create a base there once the Rhaaxans were accepted into the Federation.
