- For other uses, see Rhea.
In the Greek mythology of Earth, Rhea was a Titan, who was also known as the "mother of the Greek gods".
Her name was later given to Rhea, a moon of the planet Saturn which, in turn gaves its name to the various Federation starships named USS Rhea. (TNG novel: Greater Than the Sum)
