Richard Feynman was a noted Human scientist, native to Earth, who lived during the 20th century.

Feynman mainly worked in the area of theoretical physics, but was also credited with pioneering quantum computing, and introducing the concept of nanotechnology. (TNG novel: Dyson Sphere)
